Medvedev called investments in the military-industrial complex and wars the quintessence of the US security doctrine

Investments in the military-industrial complex and wars on other continents are the quintessence of the US security doctrine, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev said.

He commented on US President Joe Biden’s words that tragedies and upheavals could lead to progress that would make the US more secure.

“This is the quintessential American security doctrine. “Investments” in its own military-industrial complex, in wars on other continents make the states “more secure,” Medvedev wrote in his Vkontakte account.

According to him, the US is indifferent to the fate of other countries.

Earlier, Biden said that the conflicts over Ukraine and Israel could turn out to be “tremendous progress” for the world.
