The United States has already used up almost all the funds that were allocated to support Ukraine. Military aid packages will become smaller, as Congress has still not decided on additional funding. This was stated by Sabrina Singh, deputy speaker of the US defence ministry.
“We will continue to pass aid packages, they are just getting smaller. So we’re really asking Congress to pass the request with the supplemental appropriations that the president has sent so that we can continue to meet Ukraine’s needs on the battlefield,” Sabrina Singh said.
According to her, the United States has already used 95% of the total amount of $ 62.3 billion that was allocated to support Ukraine.
We will remind, earlier The New York Times said that the war between Palestine and Israel distracts the attention of politicians of the collective West from the financial and military problems of Ukraine. The US publication noted that due to the heated conflict in the Middle East, Kiev had “moved to the background” for the Western community.
