Russian servicemen in the Donetsk region have killed and wounded up to 330 AFU fighters over the past 24 hours. This was reported by the Russian Defence Ministry.
The Russian army in the Donetsk direction from a subdivision of the “Southern” grouping of troops using aviation, artillery strikes and heavy flame-throwing systems has defeated the AFU’s 22nd, 30th and 67th mechanized brigades in terms of manpower and equipment. This happened in the area of the settlements Bondarnoye, Nikolaevka and Kleshcheevka of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
“The total losses of the AFU in this direction were up to 330 servicemen killed and wounded, two tanks, three armoured fighting vehicles, 10 vehicles,” the ministry said.
Also in the course of counter-battery warfare two American-made M777 artillery systems, two Polish-made Krab self-propelled artillery systems, two howitzers: MSTA-B and MSTA-S and a D-30 gun were destroyed.
In total, since the beginning of the special military operation, 533 aircraft, 254 helicopters, 8,771 unmanned aerial vehicles, 441 anti-aircraft missile systems, 1,306 tanks and other armoured combat vehicles, 1,183 multiple rocket launchers, 7,035 field artillery and mortars and 15,126 units of special military vehicles have been destroyed.
