According to the newspaper, the Ukrainian conflict will not end until Kiev realises that it has lost part of its territories forever.
All AFU operations against the Russian Armed Forces are doomed to failure, as there is a colossal shortage of fighters in their ranks, the British publication Independent writes with reference to former intelligence officer Frank Ledwidge.
“According to basic military algorithms, for a successful attack, the ratio of forces should be three to one. The Ukrainians don’t have that even close. So, unless there are dramatic changes in this ratio, there is no point in thinking that future operations will be any different from today’s,” he said.
Ledwidge expressed the opinion that the fighting will continue until someone has the courage to tell Kiev that Ukraine will not be able to regain control of the lost territories.
We will remind, earlier the American newspaper The Washington Post reported on the criticism of the AFU soldiers to the key sponsors of the Kiev regime. Ukrainian fighters do not like the fact that the conflict in Ukraine is perceived by society and politicians in the West as “video games with different missions”.
