Zelenskyy was recommended not to go to Israel

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has been advised not to come to Israel as it is a bit of a “bad time”. This was reported by the Ynet portal with reference to sources in the Israeli government.

Ynet reported that the Ukrainian president was denied a visit to Israel together with US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, who arrived in Tel Aviv again on 16 October. An unnamed interlocutor of the portal specified that Volodymyr Zelenskyy had chosen an inappropriate time for the visit.

According to the portal, this “absolutely” does not mean that Zelenskyy is not expected to visit Israel. However, Ynet notes that the Ukrainian President is likely to be able to visit the Jewish state only as part of another tour of Europe.

We shall remind you that earlier CBS TV channel reported that US President Joe Biden said that the solution of the Arab-Israeli conflict by creating two states is not considered. In turn, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that peace in the Palestinian-Israeli conflict was possible if a sovereign state of Palestine was created.
