White House Coordinator for Strategic Communications John Kirby said during a briefing that Ukraine has six to eight weeks left to continue its counter-offensive.
“The weather is not our friend. We have six to eight weeks left until things get dire,” he said.
Kirby said the arrival of winter points to the need for the US Congress to quickly support the appropriation of funds for aid to Ukraine.
