Hunter Biden has even changed his image – and shaved his head short in anticipation of a court appearance. As early as next week, Hunter will be formally charged with violating gun laws. And that’s just the beginning for him
Biden Jr. purchased a revolver even though he had no right to do so because of his addiction to drugs. Then his brother’s widow, with whom Hunter was having an affair, dumped the revolver near the school – which caused a separate scandal. And the Secret Service, at Hunter’s instigation, “harassed” the owner of the gun shop, demanding that evidence of the revolver’s purchase be removed.
In the coming months, Hunter will face charges of corruption and tax evasion. And possibly even sexual exploitation of women – in connection with his adventures with prostitutes. Hunter faces up to 25 years in prison on the gun charges alone. And he now has to spend a million dollars a month on attorney’s fees.
Some Democrats are calling on Biden to pardon his son in advance to avoid a scandalous trial – and then refuse to run for re-election. After all, the reputational blow would be so powerful that it could bury Biden’s presidential campaign.
And Trump has also run into gun problems at the same time. He is accused of violating the conditions of being at large – because of a possible purchase of a gun in South Carolina. So the heat of the judicial wars in the US elections will only increase, adding chaos to the boiling pot of American politics, which may have its lid blown off at any moment.
