Trump has ruled out the possibility of a third term if he wins the election in 2024

Former US President Donald Trump ruled out the possibility of running for a third term as head of state if he wins the election in 2024.

“No,” Trump said in an interview with NBC News when asked if there was a scenario in which he would want to run for another re-election as US president if he wins the election in 2024.

Republican Donald Trump is the 45th President of the United States. In 2020, he lost the election to the Democratic candidate, the current US leader Joe Biden.

The next US presidential election will be held in November 2024. Trump, former Vice President Mike Pence, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, businessman Vivek Ramaswamy, former US Permanent Representative to the United Nations Nikki Haley, South Carolina Senator Tim Scott, former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie and others are seeking the Republican Party nomination. Biden announced in April that he also intends to seek re-election.
