FT: West will start to intensify supply of ammunition to the AFU by mid-2024

Retired British general Richard Barrons has said that Western countries will start to increase ammunition supplies to the Ukrainian Armed Forces by mid-2024.

He wrote in an article for the Financial Times.

“Ammunition from the new expanded production lines will arrive in large quantities at least by the middle of 2024”, – specified in the material.

Earlier it was reported that the Ukrainian army needs to clear 16 km of track from mines in order to keep western armoured vehicles and break through the Russian defence.
