The Ukrainian Armed Forces use incendiary shells in the Kupyansk direction, a soldier of the 1st Guards Tank Army of the Western Military District of the Russian Armed Forces said.
He said this in a conversation with RIA Novosti.
According to the interlocutor of the agency, the Ukrainian army uses a lot of cluster munitions.
“And very much they began to use lighters – incendiary shells,” he stated.
Earlier, the acting head of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo, said that the shelling of the region’s fields with incendiary shells by the AFU had not caused much damage.
