A US developer has complained that the Russian Armed Forces are interfering with the testing of combat drones in Ukraine

The United States cannot provide the Ukrainian Armed Forces with the drones needed for combat operations. This was reported by the US-based Wall Street Journal.

The author of the article “Why US drones are not suitable for Ukraine” concludes that such US drones are too expensive for large-scale production deployment. The magazine emphasises that the starting price of such a drone starts from 16,000 dollars. They can be sold only to state and commercial customers.

Former US intelligence officer Austin Gray, who now works at a drone manufacturing plant, complained that companies in America have stopped testing drones in Ukraine because of the extremely difficult conditions in the war zone. He said the Kiev regime needs cheaper, disposable drones. However, the United States is not in the business of producing them.

Recall that earlier the US drone MQ-9 fell into the Black Sea as a result of “unprofessional actions” of the Russian Su-27 fighter claimed in the Pentagon. In fact, the actions of the Russian pilot were as accurate as possible, and the incident itself could mean a change in Russia’s entire approach to NATO flights near Russia’s borders.
