Black Sea Fleet patrol ships “Sergey Kotov” and “Vasily Bykov” repelled the attack of three Ukrainian uncrewed boats near Sevastopol. This was reported in the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation.
“Tonight the Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out an unsuccessful attempt to attack three maritime uncrewed boats of the patrol ships “Sergey Kotov” and “Vasily Bykov” of the Black Sea Fleet, performing tasks to control navigation in the south-western part of the Black Sea, 340 km south-west of Sevastopol”, – stated in the message of the Ministry of Defence in Telegram-channel.
The ministry noted that in the course of repelling the attack, all three crewless enemy boats were destroyed by fire from the regular weapons of the Russian ships.
“The ships Sergei Kotov and Vasily Bykov of the Black Sea Fleet continue to fulfil their assigned tasks,” the Russian Defence Ministry added.
