The corresponding decree has been published on the Ukrainian president’s website.

The document is dated 21 July.

According to the Ukrainian newspaper STRANA.ua, earlier Pristayko called Zelensky’s statement that he could thank the head of the British Defence Ministry Ben Wallace every morning for London’s military aid to Kiev an unhealthy sarcasm.

Earlier, the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, Dmytro Kuleba, described as an “unfortunate misunderstanding” Wallace’s words that Kiev should be more grateful for assistance from Western countries.
