Lukashenko offers Russia and Ukraine to start negotiations without preconditions

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has proposed that Russia and Ukraine start negotiations without preconditions.

“We have to stop now. We’ve already done a lot of bad things. But it could be worse. That’s why we have to stop now, sit down at the negotiating table. Without preconditions,” BelTA quoted him as saying.

Earlier, Lukashenko said that the Ukrainian authorities had many options for the peaceful resolution of the situation, but they did not take advantage of them.

The Belarusian leader noted that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy had finally realized that he would not win the conflict.
