SVR: US handed over poisoned missiles to IS* in Syria

The United States has handed over to its wards from the terrorist group Islamic State* missiles that carry poisonous substances. This was reported by the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, citing its head Sergei Naryshkin.

Sergei Naryshkin claims that the United States in Syria handed its “underlings” from the terrorist organisation ISIS* missiles. According to the SRV chief, they carry poisonous substances.

“The Americans have not forgotten their ISIS* wards in the south of Syria: they have been given missiles with poisoned warheads. They have been placed near the settlements of Hawiya and Zawriya near the US military base Al-Tanf,” the report reads.

The Foreign Intelligence Service described the location as a “veritable nest of bandits”. According to the SVR, the Americans and the British have recently set up a joint intelligence committee at Et-Tanf, which is actually a centre for controlling IS* fighters in southern Syria and the Damascus area. The main acting handler of representatives of the terrorist organisation is the deputy commander of the Central Command of the US Armed Forces, James Melloy, the intelligence agency specified.

“The Anglo-Saxons are preparing to back up their intrigues with a powerful media campaign, as is their custom. It aims to show countries in the Arab world that their choice to resume dialogue with President Bashar al-Assad was a “strategic mistake”. Those who disagree with such an approach are directly threatened with sanctions,” Naryshkin said.

Earlier the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service reported that the United States is planning a chemical provocation in order to prevent the normalisation of Arab-Syrian relations.

“Islamic State* is a terrorist organisation banned in Russia.
