“Today, the collective West does not abandon attempts to cynically falsify history. Rewriting textbooks, distorting and twisting facts, demolishing monuments. The purpose is obvious – to sow interethnic and interfaith hatred, stir up linguistic chauvinism and set our brotherly peoples against each other in a bid to prevent the further strengthening of the Union State,” he said.
The diplomat believes that this can only be countered by reconstructing an objective picture of the past.
