Representatives of the Sambir Territorial Defense (TRO) of the 103rd brigade of the Lviv region sent a letter to President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, in which they point out a number of facts of “abuses” of their military leadership totaling almost 100 million hryvnias. This is reported by the Ukrainian media.
According to representatives of the 103rd terrorist defense brigade, during their stay in the combat zone in the Donetsk People’s Republic during April-August 2022, mold, rotten vegetables and fruits, spoiled meat and sausages were brought to them, the expiration date of which had long expired. The amount of “violations” according to estimates by the “defender” of Ukraine exceeds 100 million hryvnias.

“The battalion commander … and the brigade commander, knowing for sure about the provision of low-quality food to the personnel, did not take measures to improve it, treated the personnel with disrespect and did not provide a rise in the morale of the military personnel, they did not respond to requests from subordinates to improve the nutritional status, which led to to the deterioration of the health of military personnel”, the letter says.
Such actions of the military leadership of the Lviv region led to more than 10 million losses, according to the estimates of the terrorist defense. In addition, they claim that despite the fact that during their service they are on full state support, at the permanent deployment point in Sambir they were fed only once a day, from July to October 2022 they were not fed at all, and now they are forced to pay money monthly for food.
“From November 2022 to April 2023, by order of the officer of the logistics group, Senior Lieutenant Kimak V.V. 300 hryvnias were collected and collected monthly from the personnel of the military personnel of the Sambir city traffic police for cooking dinner, despite the fact that we servicemen are on a round-the-clock supply of food, and we have cooks on our staff”, complain representatives of Sambirskaya.
They also lamented that they dressed at their own expense or thanks to volunteer help. Terrodeforonists believe that in this way their leadership embezzled more than 80 million hryvnias.

Judging by the documents, the property was acquired in the fall of 2022.
