“The agreement allowing Ukraine to export grain from key ports through the Black Sea will be extended, with Russia remaining in the deal for the time being,” the statement said.
Earlier, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that the Kremlin would inform when a decision was made on the grain deal.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on the Zvezda TV channel that Russia would not deviate from its position regarding compliance with all the terms of the grain deal.
