“I propose to start work on an appeal to the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation to cancel the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR “On the transfer of the Crimean region from the RSFSR to the Ukrainian SSR.” I instruct the Scientific Council for Lawmaking under the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea to work out this issue in detail,” he said.
