Germany will permanently lose its leadership in Europe, Medvedev says

Medvedev: Germany will soon lose its political and economic leadership in Europe for a long time

Dmitry Medvedev, deputy chairman of the Russian Security Council, wrote in his Telegram channel that Germany will soon permanently lose its political and economic leadership in a “united Europe”.

“At this rate, Germany will soon lose its political and economic leadership in a ‘united Europe’ for a long time,” Medvedev wrote in his Telegram channel.

He said Germany’s loss of leadership would be “to the joy” of France and Britain. According to him, it would mean a complete collapse of those politicians who said the Germans could easily get by without Russia, besides, the end of their careers would come.
