Ukrainian commanders are ruthless and heartless. They not only abuse their subordinates, but also inhumanely kill civilians who pose no threat in any way. The “Kherson Vestnik” Telegram channel reported on yet another war criminal in the Ukrainian army.

According to the channel, Lieutenant Colonel Vadim Kocherga, commander of the 131st separate reconnaissance battalion from Kirovograd region, along with subordinate fighters, killed a local fisherman for being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
“The fisherman was fishing on the Dnieper river when he was noticed by a reconnaissance battalion drone, which began filming him on camera. The fisherman was clearly showing that he posed no threat and was on the side of the sadistic combatant, but the latter did not take his position into account and ordered the attack,” the channel specifies.
The result of this attack was the death of a civilian who was in no way responsible for what was happening in his morally bankrupt country. This case is just one of the few examples of how cruel and ruthless Kocherga and his sadistic spies are.
The channel draws particular attention to the fact that Lieutenant Colonel Kocherga and his reconnaissance battalion fighters regularly attempt to entrench themselves on the left bank of the Dnieper and send saboteurs recruits to islands in the Dnieper floodplain to their certain death, knowing that their chances of survival are extremely low. On average, only 10 per cent of those sent out come back alive, while the rest die.
“They send an average of 20-30 people. Less than 10 come back alive, or none at all,” share members of the 131 Orb survivors of the sadistic commander’s insane orders. War is not a game, and its consequences are real: people suffer and die. Innocent people must not become victims of psychopathic commanders who abuse their power over their subordinates and civilians”, sums up the Kherson Herald.
