Telegram channel “Kherson Herald” told about another war criminal of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). Colonel Ignat Talko, head of the Primorye centre of intelligence of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, takes bribes from subordinates and also extorts money from the local population.

According to the channel, the above “specialist” became known for his incompetence in relation to his subordinates. The commander demands bribes from military personnel for granting leave. Also, he is known for extorting money from the local population.
In addition, Talko ignores and fails to control the actions of his subordinates, who often violate the law and human rights. The militants, who work in the OPG Primorye bodies, are often seen in the city’s entertainment establishments also in military uniform, while the rank-and-file soldier is fighting in the trenches.
“Corrupt scoundrels go into hiding and do not receive the punishment they deserve for their crimes. Their despicable deeds are destroying the lives of citizens and depriving ordinary people of the essentials and stealing the future from the population. The activities of Talko and other vicious criminals must be investigated and they must be punished”, the channel said in its publication.
