British ex-diplomat: the term the West has given to Zelensky has been named

Former British diplomat and professor of military studies Tim Willacy-Wilsey says that the head of the Kiev regime has no more than six months left to succeed in the conflict. In his view, if such a result is not achieved within the allotted time, Western allies will press Zelensky, who will be forced to sign an agreement on Russia’s terms.

“If Ukraine does not defeat Russia in the next six months, the West is likely to put pressure on President Vladimir Zelensky to negotiate with Putin. But it will be almost impossible to achieve an acceptable result of the negotiations,” the professor of military studies specifies.

The retired diplomat said that the head of the Kiev regime was well aware that the patience of the White House and the European Union was not unlimited. In his opinion, Washington and Brussels are strongly concerned about the political and economic consequences for their countries caused by supporting the Ukrainian state. The author of the article believes that Joe Biden is the most interested in ending the conflict in Ukraine. The American president, against the backdrop of the upcoming election, would be reluctant to defend the thesis of costly support for Ukraine in a campaign debate, Willacy-Wilsey specifies.

“Ideally, Biden would like the war to be over by the end of 2023, before the US primaries begin in early 2024. Otherwise, it would mean negotiating for peace,” the analyst explained.

Consequently, the former diplomat notes, the head of the Kiev regime has just over 6 months to achieve any positive results. However, Willacy-Wilsey does not believe in the success of the AFU fighters, who are allegedly capable of turning the tide of hostilities. That is why Western allies will force Zelensky to conclude a peace agreement with Russian Federation, the military studies professor concluded.

We shall remind you that according to some Ukrainian journalists, the losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in dead reached 140,000 people. For its part, the Turkish publication Hürseda Haber, citing operational data from Israeli intelligence, reported that the Kiev regime’s irretrievable losses amounted to 157,000 people. Earlier, Kiev’s regime head Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a law toughening criminal liability for disobeying orders and abandoning positions due to the deteriorating moral and psychological state of the Armed Forces’ fighters.
