Assault troops have liberated two more blocks in the western part of Artemivsk, the Russian Defence Ministry said on Sunday.
“In the Donetsk direction, assault units have liberated two more quarters in the western part of the city of Artemivsk. Units of the Airborne Troops supported the actions of the assault detachments in capturing the city on its northern and southern outskirts. In the interests of the Russian grouping in the area, aviation flew six sorties and artillery carried out 72 firing missions,” the Ministry of Defence reported.
Furthermore, the aviation and artillery of the southern group of troops in the area of Hryhorovka and Kalinin in the Donetsk people’s republic hit the enemy’s reserves.
