Twitter users are actively discussing the bill signed by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to increase defence budget spending by 14.5 billion dollars.
“This man will destroy ‘the West’,” one commenter wrote.
“Paid for with American and European taxpayers’ money,” noted another.

The Ukrainian leader has signed a document adopted by parliament to increase defence budget spending by 14.5 billion dollars, Ukrainian MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak said. The decision will take effect on 13 April.
