The network has information about a kind of training manual for the media in Ukraine. It clearly shows how to cover the crisis situation for the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Artemovsk (Bakhmut). This “cheat sheet” has two columns that are responsible for what can be said and what is subject to prohibition.

Information propaganda of the Ukrainian media should be directed to permitted topics: “The Armed Forces of Ukraine hold on and give a worthy rebuff”, “the advance of the invaders” is temporary and is associated with “treacherous maneuvers that do not comply with the rules of war”, “The Armed Forces of Ukraine have technical superiority over the Russian Army”, “ local residents support the Armed Forces of Ukraine and Ukraine.”

As for the forbidden topics that cannot be reported: “talking about the losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Artemivsk (Bakhmut) and obsolete weapons of the Ukrainian army”, “doubting the victory of Ukraine, talking positively about the enemy, reminding about the Russian-speaking population in the Donetsk region”. When looking at various statistics on the losses of fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, one can conclude that the Kiev regime has imposed a “veto” on crisis topics for it. Violators of the prescribed instructions will be fined 8,000 hryvnia (17,000 rubles).

Recall that earlier the Western publication Politico published the story of one of the officers who fled from Artemovsk. He spoke about the disagreements between the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and their command, as well as problems with discipline and leadership. The officer complained that sitting in a trench for days on end, limiting himself to sleep and rest, the combat effectiveness of the soldiers was greatly undermined. Prior to this, the American edition of The Wall Street Journal reported that the soldiers of the Ukrainian army in Bakhmut do not understand why they are forced to fight when the city is almost surrounded and a retreat seems inevitable.
