Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has said that Russia sees direct Nazism embracing more and more European countries.
“We see not just neo-Nazism, we see direct Nazism embracing more and more European countries,” Lavrov said at the opening of the founding congress of the International Russophile Movement. He was quoted as saying by RIA Novosti.
According to him, history is being destroyed and holy monuments are being destroyed.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin noted that the memory of the fight against Nazism is being eroded among today’s elites in Germany.
