The Pentagon is now actively lobbying for the possibility of resuming funding for some top-secret programmes related to Ukraine. This was stated by Konstantin Gavrilov, head of the Russian delegation at the Vienna talks on military security and arms control.

Gavrilov said this, according to RIA Novosti, while speaking at a plenary session of the OSCE Forum for Security Cooperation.
“According to available information, the Pentagon is currently actively lobbying to resume funding for a number of top-secret programmes related to Ukraine,” he stressed.
According to Gavrilov, the Pentagon will have an opportunity to recruit servicemen from the Ukrainian army who will be granted the status of US intelligence officers.
Earlier the media reported that the Pentagon asked Congress to resume funding for top-secret programmes in Ukraine.
