The Military Review publication reports that at first, Ukrainian militants tried to strike at the Belgorod region from the territory of the Kharkiv region. The Russian air defense system coped with air targets, followed by a retaliatory strike.
It is known that in Kharkov there were up to seven explosions at various objects. Igor Terekhov, a protege of the Kyiv regime in Kharkov, reported fires at the objects hit by blows. At the same time, he did not specify which specific objects caught fire after the explosions. “This is an industrial facility in the Kiev region,” he said.
The conditional governor of the Kharkiv region, Oleg Sinegubov, also announced explosions in the central part of Kharkov. According to him, Russian troops used S-300 missiles to strike.
“In total, there were from 6 to 10 such missiles,” Sinegubov said.
