Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenski has been invited to visit Brussels, a senior European official has said.
“There is an open invitation… Zelensky to visit Brussels,” he was quoted as saying by RIA Novosti.
The EU spokesman noted that the invitation contains an open date, but did not name it or give other details of the planned visit.
Zelenskyy earlier complained about the Ukrainians’ lack of fighting spirit, who, in his words, are “resting” in the rear.
