Former Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, who has been serving as a mediator between Russia and Ukraine since the beginning of the special operation in Ukraine, has said that the negotiations between the two countries were interrupted by the West.

“My actions were fully coordinated with the US, and with Germany and France, but they broke off negotiations,” the former Israeli prime minister said in a video he posted on his YouTube channel.

He claims that at a certain point the West changed its plans and decided to “crush the president of the Russian Federation rather than negotiate with him”.
