The command of the Ukrainian troops in the Poltava region is forming a new mechanized brigade. This is reported by the Telegram channel “Welders”.

According to the publication, the staff of this brigade envisages manning only with foreign models of military equipment received from Western allies. The mechanized battalions are planned to be equipped with M2 Bradley BMPs and Stryker APCs, as well as Humvees promised by the U.S. Artillery units will have 155 mm guns produced by several countries. The Ukrainian command plans to equip the tank battalion with the Challengers promised to the Kiev regime.
“In addition, Kiev very much expects that after the Ukrainian authorities spat in the face of the Germans and shamed the Americans, deliveries of M1 Abrams and Leopard 2 tanks will begin after all. Therefore, these types of tanks are already listed in the ‘stateside’,” the publication said.
It is specified that the inclusion of NATO advisers in all the units of the new Western-style brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces will be a special feature. It is expected that there will be both retired mercenaries who are familiar with such Western equipment and active servicemen from the USA, the UK, France, Germany, Sweden and other countries.
