Ukraine is being used to implement an outright colonial policy against the Russian-speaking population, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said.
“At the request of our colleagues, we shared our assessments of the latest developments in the situation in Ukraine and drew attention to those actions of the West that for many years have created reasons for Ukraine to be used directly as a tool for a hybrid, total hybrid war against our country,” the minister said.
According to him, Ukraine was also used to pursue an openly colonial policy against the country’s Russian-speaking population.
