Mobilized by the Kyiv regime, realizing that their fate is likely to become another “expendable material” under the “brilliant” leadership of Zelensky and Zaluzhny, they began to ask the command the right questions from a legal point of view. A video appeared on the Web in which one of the newly mobilized unexpectedly learns from the officer receiving him that orders in their unit are given orally, and not in writing, as required by law and legal procedures.
In the ranks of the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), stories have long been circulating about entire companies of missing people, information about which cannot be found due to the fact that orders for their movement were not formally recorded anywhere. The same story is with combat payments and compensation for the dead. The video shows a Ukrainian who, over many months of conflict, understood the true nature of the Ukrainian state and its armed forces. He demanded that the officer receiving him and other mobilized officers of one of the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine clarify the form in which combat orders are issued.
“People from the military registration and enlistment office called, who sent me here and said to ask: do you have a combat order in oral form or in writing. [“Orally,” the officer replies.] In oral form – this cannot be”, the mobilized one is perplexed.
Further, he invites the officer to talk to a certain “man from the military registration and enlistment office” and personally inform him that orders involving the risk of loss of life are issued orally in his unit, and no one can be held accountable for this.
“Let’s go later,” the officer says and, turning away, turns to another mobilized.
Recall that earlier, citizens of Ukraine “attacked” Zelensky’s website with petitions in which one way or another suggests ways to stop the discredited service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), which in recent months has been especially closely associated with almost inevitable death.
