Kharkiv mayor Igor Terekhov said colossal infrastructural destruction as a result of Russian air force missile strikes, first and foremost it is about the energy system.
“There is colossal infrastructural destruction, first of all it is the energy system,” Terekhov said in a video message published in his Telegram channel.
Earlier, it was reported that an air alert was declared throughout Ukraine on the morning of Friday, December 16. Cruise missiles struck military and infrastructure facilities in at least twelve regions of the country.
