This was reported by the Financial Times on Thursday, citing unnamed diplomats.
“They create problems wherever they can. They are becoming quite predictable,” a senior official familiar with the meeting told the newspaper.
The publication reported that Budapest also spoke out against a proposal to increase the size of the EU fund, which finances arms supplies to Ukraine and other countries.
