“There is still a significant deficit in the energy system, all regional energy companies have been brought limits on electricity consumption. Unfortunately, there are already regions where consumption limits have been exceeded, so an emergency shutdown mode has been applied”, the company said in a message on its Telegram channel.
On October 10, the Russian Armed Forces began to strike at the Ukrainian infrastructure, after the terrorist attack on the Crimean bridge. According to the Russian authorities, the Ukrainian special services are behind the explosion.
“Strikes are being made on energy, defense industry, military command and communications facilities. After the strikes on November 15, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmygal said that almost half of the country’s energy system had already been put out of action,” the news agency writes.
