Novak says Russia and China will jointly build energy equipment

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said Moscow and Beijing plan to develop cooperation in the creation and use of energy equipment.

 

“Undoubtedly, there are new areas that we will develop in the future. Cooperation in hydrogen energy, introduction of modern digital technologies, it is joint production and development of equipment to be used for energy, both Russian energy and Chinese energy,” – his words after the meeting of the Russian-Chinese intergovernmental commission.

Novak also said that trade turnover between Russia and China in the energy sector increased by 64% in monetary terms.
