The US Congress plans to submit a bill on the supply of weapons to Taiwan under Lend-Lease. The authors were Republicans: Rep. Michelle Steele and Senator Marsha Blackburn. According to Fox News, the document is bipartisan.
The bill gives President Joe Biden the right to provide arms and military equipment to Taiwan. Taiwan, in turn, will have to pay for the supplies for 12 years.
