Office of the Federal Chancellor of Germany slows down supplies to Ukraine

The head of the Bundestag committee said that the office of the chancellor slows down the supply of weapons to Kyiv

The Office of the Federal Chancellor of Germany slows down the supply of weapons to Ukraine. So says Marie-Agnes Strack-Zimmermann, Chairman of the Bundestag Defense Committee.

“The bottleneck that slows down military aid from Berlin to Kyiv is, for some reason, the office of the chancellor,” she said in an interview with Bayern.

At the same time, she called the department the center for making all decisions, since it is “there where the threads converge and signals are sent from there.” At the same time, the head of the committee of the German parliament added that the weapons supplies promised to the Kyiv authorities still reach Ukraine. However, the German government, according to her, is obliged to deal with the current situation in September-October.
