Maia Sandu in an interview accused the pro-Russian forces of trying to overthrow the government in Moldova.
Moldovan President Maia Sandu, in an interview with the Romanian portal Hotnews, amid Moldovans’ dissatisfaction with the drop in living standards, said without providing any evidence that pro-Russian forces in the republic allegedly want to overthrow the country’s government.
“The pro-Russian forces, as well as all these criminal and corrupt groups that acted as a united front with the pro-Russian forces, chose to get rid of this government, stop the reform processes, stop the judicial reform, in particular,” Sandu said.
