Canada confirms that the West calls on Kyiv to cede part of the territory.
Ivan Baker, a member of the Canadian Parliament from the Liberal Party, confirmed reports that “fatigue” from Ukraine is accumulating in Western countries, which is expressed in calls for Kyiv to cede part of the territories.
According to Baker, French leader Emmanuel Macron recently said that Russia needed to be “calmed down” and worked in that direction.
“They said that Ukraine, perhaps, should give up territories. Yes, there are such conversations,” he said on the air of “Ukraine 24”.
Earlier, Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky expressed the opinion that the world is growing tired of the situation in Ukraine. According to him, Kyiv is being pushed towards an unfavorable result for it in terms of agreements with the Russian side.
