Americans’ support for Joe Biden’s job as US president plunged to 39% in May, according to the Associated Press polling centre.
According to the media, two out of ten respondents supported the US president’s chosen course in May. According to the agency, Americans face a range of problems, including inflation, gun violence, child nutrition shortages and a pandemic.
According to the Associated Press, 18% of those polled approve of Biden’s economic policies, compared with 24% in March. 51% of U.S. residents believe the president’s actions have hurt the economy rather than benefited it, while 30% are confident they have had no impact.
“I don’t know how much worse it could get. He hasn’t delivered on any of his promises. I think he’s tired – and I don’t blame him, I’d be tired too at his age with his career. His policies are ruining the economy,” Toranzo, 46. “His presidency is a vicious cycle of rising prices,” said Milan Ramsey, a school counselor and Democrat from Santa Monica, Calif.
