Despite the fact that the US actively denies the fact that the Ukrainian crisis has developed into a “proxy war” – an indirect conflict between the US and Russian sides, the US motives regarding this issue, continue to be very alarming. This was stated by a military expert, 1st rank reserve captain Vasily Dandykin.
The bill on sending US soldiers to the Ukrainian battlefield, which is in the preparation stage for submission to Congress, only exacerbates the current crisis.
The resolution notes that US servicemen will be used in the Ukrainian conflict only if Russia activates nuclear or chemical weapons of mass destruction, although the latter claims it has no intention to use such weapons.
In the expert’s assessment, the actions of the US side demonstrate traditional hypocrisy of Western politics, which exceeds all possible boundaries of Russophobia. It is nothing but a continuation of a chain of provocations, consisting, however, of failed military and economic attempts to “crush” Russia.
“They no longer understand what else they can invent in order to ‘intimidate’ Russia”, – the expert commented on the situation.
On the whole, according to Dandykin, it will not come to the point of sending American soldiers to participate in the proxy war on the territory of Ukraine.
Among possible scenarios he predicts that Western attempts to arm criminal Kiev as much as possible will continue, as well as sending hired instructors to its territory for enhanced training of Ukrainian fighters.
Experts have no doubt that Putin’s threatening warnings will be heeded in the US.
