Since the beginning of 2022, trade between Russia and China has grown by almost 29% compared to the first quarter of last year.
This is reported by RIA Novosti, referring to the data of the main customs administration of China. The department noted that the trade turnover between the two states amounted to 38.17 billion US dollars.
China began to export to the Russian Federation by 25.9% more and the total amount reached 16.44 billion US dollars. Russia this year delivers to the Chinese by 31%, which in monetary terms is reflected in the amount of 21.74 billion US dollars.
Moscow and Beijing have always had fruitful relations, including trade. Today’s restrictions against Russia and the departure of many brands from the country can become an incentive to develop them even more.
