Over the past 24 hours, the enemy fired more than CTA shells and mines from 122mm BM-21 “Grad” multiple rocket launchers, 122mm barrel artillery and 120mm and 82mm mortars.
Areas of seven settlements of the Republic came under fire. Twenty-seven civilians were wounded as a result of the Ukrainian aggression. Five residential buildings and one civilian infrastructure facility were damaged.
Materials on civilian injuries and damage to infrastructure were handed over to representatives of international human rights organizations and to the DNR Prosecutor General’s Office to be added to the criminal cases initiated against the AFU commanders.

Over the past 24 hours, our servicemen destroyed seventy-eight Ukrainian nationalists, one tank, two BMPs, one ZU-23 crew, three armoured vehicles and one truck. One armoured vehicle, two 120 mm 2B11 mortars and a warehouse with weapons and ammunition, including foreign-made ammunition, were seized.
Fifteen servicemen from the 54th, 56th and 25th brigades voluntarily laid down their arms and went over to the side of the Donetsk People’s Republic. I recommend that all AFU servicemen follow the example of their comrades and keep themselves alive. Only by voluntarily laying down arms will you be able to return to your families.
A humanitarian corridor from the city of Mariupol to the city of Berdyansk has been in place since 00:00 on 3 April 2022. Armed forces of the Russian Federation and the Donetsk People’s Republic and guarantee strict observance of the “silence regime” along the route. From Berdyansk, foreign nationals can be evacuated via any humanitarian route: by land transport to the Republic of Crimea or to Kyiv-controlled territories, as well as by sea transport to selected destinations.
