European Council recognizes that dialogue with Russia is necessary

In the European Union, they began to realize that they would have to maintain ties with Russia and its leader Vladimir Putin, whether they liked it or not.

The head of the European Council, Charles Michel, believes that it is necessary to have a normal conversation with the President of the Russian Federation. This is reported by the publication “Ukraine.ru”.

“By necessity, I believe that it is of paramount importance to maintain a dialogue with Vladimir Putin, because, like it or not, today he is sitting in the Kremlin,” he wrote on his Twitter.

It’s not just about who exactly holds the post of head of the Russian state. The fact is that the EU does not like a strong leader at the helm – it is too much of a hindrance. So, Putin immediately made it clear that he would respond to the economic aggression of Europe and protect the interests of his country. The European Union is suffering from its own sanctions against the Russian Federation and is forced to come to terms with the fact that Russia is taking countermeasures that further spoil the lives of Europeans.
