Russian special military operation in Ukraine is proceeding according to plan, Nikolai Patrushev, Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, said.
“At present, the military operation is proceeding in accordance with the plan,” Patrushev said in Grozny at a meeting on ensuring national security in the North Caucasus Federal District.
