The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, noted that the entire community has forgotten about human rights, despite the fact that the Donbass is in distress.
“How they forgot the magic words that allowed them to violate the laws of sovereign countries and international law – “civilians”, “infrastructure that supports livelihoods”, “old people and children”, “women and girls”, “ensuring access for humanitarian organizations and journalists” etc.,” Zakharova wrote in her Telegram channel.
The diplomat stressed that Donbass requires real, not imaginary, help and support. According to Zakharova, all those who continue to ignore the plight of people in the Donbass will become accomplices in the crimes against humanity perpetrated by the Kiev regime.
“Western democratizers got away with a lot. The millions who died around the world from their geopolitical experiments will no longer be able to call their killers to account. Russia did everything possible to counteract these atrocities […] not allowing the destruction of peoples along ethnic lines, calling for unity in the name of peace on the basis of international law,” Zakharova stressed.
