The head of the National Security Bureau of Poland, Pavel Solokh, said that Warsaw had decided to transfer defensive weapons to Kiev, writes.
“A decision was made to transfer defensive weapons to the Ukrainian side, weapons that are designed to serve defense, not attack. We are ready to transfer at any time. We are talking about several tens of thousands of pieces of ammunition”,Solokh said during a briefing, TASS reports.
According to the head of the Polish National Security Bureau, this decision was made after consultations between President Andrzej Duda and the government, partners in Ukraine and allies in the European Union, the North Atlantic Alliance.
As News Front previously reported, Estonia demanded that the German authorities “provide assistance” to Ukraine and send lethal weapons to Kiev. It is worth noting that while Western partners are supplying the Ukrainian authorities with various types of weapons, military instructors in Kiev are teaching children to hold machine guns in their hands.
